Yes! Tidal pays one of the biggest royalty rates on each and every stream that your track(s) receives. According to Tidal’s last royalty payout, the current Tidal royalty rate is $.016. That is one of the highest royalty rates out of all the major streaming platforms. Obviously, the higher amount of streams you receive the more money you will receive in royalties on your next statement when Tidal pays out.

We will be emailing you immediately at the email you entered at the checkout screen for your campaign details so please make sure you enter an email address that you have access to when you are at the PayPal checkout. You can also contact us via the Contact Us page or speak to one of our Live Chat agents if you do not receive our confirmation email.

Your campaign will run anywhere from 14-180 Days depending on the size of your order. Fans are delivered to your track(s) usually within 24-48 hours after receiving your order. The larger the order, the longer the duration of your campaign.

All songs must already be on the Tidal platform. We do not distribute or upload your songs to Tidal or any other digital store for you. Tracks must be more than 1 minute of length or Tidal will not count the plays as a paid stream. Tracks must be more than 1 minute and not longer than 6 minutes of length or they will not count the plays as a paid stream. We are currently able to deliver fans and ensure streams for songs in any country. We review each order before submission, so please no tracks of silence, advertisements, or any other funny scam business.

Your tracks will be played almost entirely by fans in your genre and demographic. We can only guarantee to put your music in front of the RIGHT type of fans with the best odds to like your music and become a fan. While we try our best to deliver fans in your region or country, we cannot guarantee geo-targeted streams.

Unfortunately, Tidal does not have any type of dashboard or plays counter on their mobile app or website.  We can only tell you how many fans have been delivered within our system and how many have listened according to our own system analytics. Tidal has no possible way currently to see any type of stats until they pay out royalties.  Tidal does not provide access to a track’s historical data.

The other downside for artists promoting on Tidal is how long they take to pay out royalties to independent artists. While Spotify pays out royalties every 30-90 days, Tidal takes much longer and usually it takes them 12+ MONTHS. (The last Tidal royalty payout took 13 months)

We do not and cannot control any royalty payouts. That is strictly between Tidal, your distributor, and the artist/label. Please keep in mind that Tidal does have a poor reputation when it comes to payout royalties consistently and on time.
